Childress Nursing Services (CNS) is Washington state’s first licensed home health company dedicated to fertility and perinatal nursing—supporting families from preconception through post-delivery. Headquartered in Renton, we serve King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties with skilled, in-home clinical support for fertility treatments, pregnancy monitoring, postpartum recovery, infant health, and family readiness.

Our Family Home Nurses lead the CNS HELPS™ (Home Evaluation and Learning Prenatal & Postpartum Service) programs: NEST (prenatal), HATCH (postpartum), and CARES (adoptive, surrogate, and non-birthing parents). These programs provide clinical assessments, safety checks, lab screenings, and milestone guidance to support both parents and infants through the first year of life. CNS Home Fertility Nurses also specialize in expert in-home injection treatment and monitoring for fertility clients.

Beyond family care, CNS is a government contractor for perinatal nursing services and employee health and wellness fairs. We extend our reach through mobile lab testing for children and adults, including same-day blood lead and hemoglobin screening.
