Physical Therapist
Ready to step away from the high-volume clinic model and build a specialty-focused career with real support behind you? Renew Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced full-time Physical Therapist to join our Renton clinic team.
We are a PT-owned outpatient orthopedic practice focused on high-quality, individualized care and long-term clinician growth. This role is ideal for a PT with strong orthopedic experience who is passionate about developing specialty areas including vestibular rehabilitation and concussion care.
We are looking for someone who wants more than just a patient schedule. Our ideal clinician is excited about building a niche population, developing leadership within the clinic, and becoming a trusted specialty provider within the South Seattle and Renton communities.
At Renew, we intentionally create an environment where clinicians have the time, mentorship, autonomy, and infrastructure to grow specialty programs without the burnout and pressure that often comes with corporate PT settings.
Why Join Renew?
45-minute one-on-one treatment sessions: No double-booking or patient mills. You’ll have the time and autonomy to provide thoughtful, individualized care and truly connect with your patients.
Support for specialty development: Whether your interests include vestibular rehab, concussion management, pelvic health, bike fitting, manual therapy, or sport-specific care, we want to help you build your niche and grow your reputation within the community.
A collaborative, clinician-driven environment: Our team values mentorship, collaboration, and sharing knowledge across specialty areas. We believe clinicians thrive when they feel supported instead of micromanaged.
Leadership and growth opportunities: This role is ideal for someone looking to take ownership within a clinic, help shape programs, mentor others, and continue advancing professionally.
Flexible scheduling with built-in documentation time: We prioritize sustainability and work-life balance so clinicians can continue doing what they love long term.
Continuing education support: We actively invest in specialty training and continuing education to help clinicians pursue advanced certifications and clinical interests.
Our Core Values
Service & Community: We are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment while serving our patients and community with compassion and integrity.
Knowledge & Innovation: We value evidence-based care, curiosity, creativity, and continual learning in order to provide the best outcomes possible.
Team Spirit & Balance: We believe strong clinic culture is built through collaboration, communication, and supporting one another both professionally and personally.
